Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to Jobsy, including the company web portal, candidate mobile experience, and related services. By creating an account or using Jobsy, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with these terms.

2. Alpha Availability

Jobsy is currently offered as an alpha product. Features may change, be limited, or become temporarily unavailable while we test, improve, and stabilize the service.

3. Accounts And Roles

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for actions performed from your account. Company accounts may include owners, recruiters, and other roles with different permissions. Platform administrators may approve companies, adjust access, or suspend accounts when needed to protect the service.

4. Company And Job Content

Companies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job posts, company profiles, messages, and hiring decisions. Jobsy may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, or harmful to candidates or the platform.

5. Candidate Content

Candidates are responsible for the information they provide, including profile details, CV content, skills, experience, and application activity. Jobsy may use this information to match candidates with jobs and show relevant candidate details to companies where appropriate.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse Jobsy, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data without permission, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, post illegal jobs, or use the service to discriminate, harass, spam, or otherwise harm others.

7. Payments And Plans

Paid plans, invite slots, job limits, and company permissions may be configured manually during alpha. Any commercial terms agreed separately with Jobsy will control the paid features available to that company.

8. Limitation Of Liability

Jobsy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during alpha. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobsy is not liable for indirect losses, missed hiring opportunities, lost data, or service interruptions.
